What’s there on The Kissing Booth 2 (2020)?.
The whole story is a confussions and misunderstanding between the heroine and the hero’s love.
Compare to the conveying of love between Joel King and Jacob Elordi, the portraying of friendship between Joel King and Joel Courtney much better.
Joel King played a okayish role as Elle. Compare to Jacob Elordi, Taylor Zakhar Perez did justice to his role because Jacob Elordi role is limited one without a perfect execution to think him as the hero of this story.
Screenplay given good opportunity to express Joel Courtney friendship and the love between Joel King and Meganne Young, I think that’s the good of this film.
Music by Patrick Christ added some extra feelings to the scenes, the cinematography is a somewhat average one.
The romance, dance between the Joel king and Taylor Zakhar Perez, I feel that’s the engage parts of this film.
What’s not there on The Kissing Booth 2 (2020)?.
Firstly, the execution of love between hero and heroine partly an unsatisfactory one from the beginning, that’s the major drawback of this film.
There are so many boring dialogues as a mind voice of the heroine, that instead of enhancing the sympathy of heroine’s love, made the scenes a boring one.
The hero role should have been handled better to convey a good love story. the length of the film is also high as 2hrs, the truth is you can’t sit to watch this boring love story for 2hrs.
The screenplay goes very slow with the drag of many unnecessary scenes and boring romance dialogues.
The story seems like an old one, but by adding college scenes and dance competition scenes, the director slightly managed the story to somewhat.
It fits Taylor Zakhar Perez.
Because of his good performance as Marco Pena.
The storyline of The Kissing Booth 2 (2020).
It starts with the flashback of the heroine’s love and the good friendship between the heroine and her friend Lee Flynn.
The problem of this love story is the hero was in Harward in Boston but the heroine wasn’t that much rich to pay the expenses for her higher studies with the hero.
The other problem is heroine misunderstood hero like he was in a relationship with another girl in Boston.
In between these problems she met her handsome classmate, so the romance starts between them, she also asked his help to raise the money for her expenses in Boston by Dance Competition.
So the story goes with these confusions of heroine’s love.
A boring old love story without proper execution made the audience sleepy.
