What’s there in this film?.
First of all, sorry for not posting up the review for the last two days. Today I have come up with the film Colour Photo (2020) which was released in aha.
The one-line story is, the story is a little old, but let me tell you now, as usual like other movies the hero and the heroine are in love, but the heroine’s brother does not like it, then the story is how they joined after this.
First of all, I would like to mention Suneel it is sad to see Suneel in an old story like this after a long day but he is amazed us by his villainism in the coming scenes.
Next up is Suhas and Chandini Chowdary combo. Although at first, it seemed a bit irrelevant, the film forgot about that due to the realistic acting and comicness of Suhas and Chandini Chowdary and moved on.
No matter the hero and heroine are in the film, the real hero of the film is Harsha Chemudu. With his comic timings and laughable dialogue deliveries, he lifts the film with a bit of humour.
though this is the first film for Sandeep Raj, he has taken the film a bit more interesting by his mature direction.
After the actors, the songs were a bit of treat for the audience. The camera work of this film was telling enough.
What’s not there in this film?.
What I don’t like about the film is its story, because even if the film is shot in 2020, the story is not one for 2020, it’s something we have seen countless times.
There are a lot of cringe-worthy old type love scenes and characterizations in the film, mainly the hero’s one. You will definitely laugh when you see the emotional scenes of this film.
No matter the story is told in a non-linear way, the film went a bit boring, only because of its predictable lazy screenplay.
You will definitely avoid or skip many usual drama or love scenes if you watch this flick. This is true even if you don’t believe it.
It fits Suhas and Harsha Chemudu.
Only for their good comic timings.
Like all film, the hero is a student who works hard and comes to college and the heroine is a rich student studying in the same college.
As usual, the two falls in love but the heroine’s brother doesn’t like it. Then the story is how they got together.
A predictable cringe-worthy old type love story but with a good cast, this is my opinion about this film.
Colour Photo (2020) movie rating:
3/5 – Still have been nicer (by Movie Laundry).
Overall Pros and Cons:
Suneel – villainism but not much.
Suhas and Harsha Chemudu comic timings.
Songs were a little bit nice.
Old type story.
Over action love scenes.
The predictable narration made me sleep.
