What’s there in this film?.
Black Water: Abyss (2020) is a sequel to the Australian croc film Black Water (2007).
We can easily guess the story by seeing the title and the poster, yes the one-line story is two couples and their one friend wants to explore the unexplored cave in the middle of the forest, they also went there but they stuck within that cave with a man-eater croc because of storms and landfall, we know after that what will happen.
The best part of this film is first 45mins because you will long for the expose of that crocodile, like when it will come, my thought is a good promising start but finishing is just shit.
Jessica McNamee, Amali Golden, Luke Mitchell,Benjamin Hoetjes, Anthony J. Sharpe, they are the centre characters of this film, decent convincing acting and characterisation but that is also wasted by cliche writing.
Average cinematography and a decent background score, I think that is enough for this story.
What’s not there in this movie?.

There is no that much thrilling scenes of that man-eater crocodile because most of the scenes are stuck between the unwanted drama scenes of those two couples.
The writer fully ruined the story by adding many unwanted scenes and curls in the story, mainly that unwanted climax finishing, you will definitely feel that after watching the whole movie.
They aimed to make some good thrilling man-eater movie but the product is a drag boring story with poor finishing.
The truth is the plot is not much tight to arouse the tension of the audience in each man-eater scene, it just below the mild.
Star performance:
It fits all the centre characters.
Because they did their job well.
The story is the group of two couples and their one friend who went to discover the unexplored cave where they stuck with the man-eater crocodiles, it’s the main story.
But the writer added some usual drama scenes like a hero had an affair with his friend wife.
There is also an unwanted wasted finishing, I won’t tell this, watch this in the movie.

Good script but ruined by unwanted dramas, watch this if you want to sleep.
